Bulk Edit SKUs
If you need to edit multiple SKUs simultaneously, we offer a feature that allows you to import edits from an external spreadsheet.
Create Your SKU Spreadsheet
SKU Export (Recommended)
We recommend starting with a SKU export. This will give you a spreadsheet that is already formatted correctly for use with the bulk editing wizard.
Manual Creation
You can also manually create a spreadsheet with the edits you wish to make. The spreadsheet should have one row per SKU you want to edit and one column for each SKU field with the updated value. Ensure there is a column with the RevOps SKU ID, with a value provided for each row.
Choose Bulk Action
In RevOps, navigate to Settings -> SKUs. Click the Import SKUs button at the top of the page.
This will open the bulk SKU import wizard.
For this task, select Edit existing SKUs since we are making edits to SKUs.
Upload SKUs
Next, upload the CSV file you created. You can either drag the file into the blue upload box or click the box to browse for the file on your computer.
Once your product file is uploaded, click Next.
Map Data
In this step, you’ll map the columns in your spreadsheet to the corresponding fields in RevOps on the SKU object. If you used the SKU export method, the fields should automatically map correctly. If you're using a custom spreadsheet, you may need to manually select the appropriate fields. For any column that doesn’t have a corresponding field in RevOps, select "Ignore this Field" from the dropdown.
Review Data
Finally, review the data that will be imported into RevOps. The wizard will notify you if there are any validation errors in your file. If errors are found, you'll need to correct them and re-upload the file to proceed.
If there are SKUs you do not wish to import, you can deselect them using the checkbox on the right-hand side of each row in the table.
