RevOps supports passwordless authentication through 3 providers.

• Log In with Google → Access RevOps using your Google username and password, including personal or Google Workspace accounts
• Log In with Slack → Access RevOps using your Slack username and password
• Passwordless (Magic Links) → Access RevOps by entering your email and getting a one time use link

📄️ How to Create a Team

A Team is a collection of Users that are members, decision makers, and counter signers. Teams are used by Workflows to assign Deal Approvers and Approval Topics based on team members.

Domain login restrictions offer enhanced control over user access within an organization's workspace. This feature, available to organizations on the RevOps enterprise plan, enables administrators to specify the allowed Single Sign-On (SSO) providers and restrict users to specific workspaces.

To manage your Users, head to the Users Management page by going to Settings and clicking on Users. Users can only be managed by the Administrator of the RevOps Account.

📄️ Partnership Sales

Partnership sales, or partnership selling, is a business strategy where two companies formally collaborate during the sales process to and generate revenue for both parties. Common examples include Authorized Resellers and Consultants or Agencies that bundle implementation or consulting services with an existing platform. Partners will often negotiate preferred rates and prices that a partnership sales motion attractive for all parties involved.

📄️ Setting up Out Of Office

From going on vacation to leaving the company, RevOps’s out of office feature has got you covered. When a RevOps user is marked as out of office, we will automatically reassign any deals using that user as the countersigner to another fallback user.

📄️ Workspace Discovery

Workspace Discovery is a powerful feature that allows users with verified email addresses in your company's domain to automatically gain access to your company's RevOps organization. This streamlined process simplifies user onboarding and enhances company wide collaboration. Users will be invited as general users which are complementary and only have access to view and comment.
