Signature Assignment

Signature Assignment Workflows are similar to Approval Topic Workflows, but instead allow you to dynamically set the countersigners for a deal based on the deal’s settings. ‍ Countersigner workflows are only available for organizations on the RevOps enterprise plan.

All countersigners on an assigned team will be required to sign to finalize the document. We do not generally recommend more than 1 countersigner per team. If multiple teams meet the criteria, only the first workflow will be assigned.

If no countersigner workflows are assigned, team based or default countersigners will be assigned.
