📄️ Setting up Templates

All deals created on RevOps begin from a template. Templates allow you to easily setup the terms and line items that are most often used on an agreement. When your Sales team goes to create a deal, they'll select the template they'll be modifying.

📄️ Including images on a Deal

Images can be included in any Markdown supported text area, this includes line item description and term description fields. Before an image can be included on the template or deal, you will need to host the image somewhere that is publicly accessible to RevOps. RevOps does not self host these images.

📄️ Setting up a Cotermed Expansion Template

Coterminous expansion are created when new products and services are purchased while an existing agreement is already effective.

📄️ Setting up Renewal Templates

Renewal agreements occur when an existing agreement comes to an end and both the customer and business decide to continue the business relationship. While some agreements may renew automatically, when specified, creating a new renewal agreement gives the business an opportunity to decide whether to continuing with the pricing and terms of the old contract or negotiating new pricing and terms.

📄️ Setting up the letterhead

To personalize the letterhead for your business, head over to Settings > Workspace Settings > Business Profiles.

📄️ Usage Types

When creating a template, you'll be given the option to choose your usage type. Each usage option results in a slightly different experience.
